VAF: Approval for the tender offer of shares of a Board member

On March 08, Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (HOSE: VAF) announced the approval for the tender offer of shares of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thach, a Member of the BoD. Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thach registered to buy 500,000 shares (1.32% of total outstanding volume of VAF) at prices ranging from VND12,000/share to VND14,000/share.
