TVB: Postponement of the time to hold AGM 2022

The Board resolution dated March 24, 2022, the BOD of Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, the BOD approved to postpone the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on March 26, 2022 until the appropriate time that will take place before June 30, 2022.  The details will be informed later.
