TGG: Transferring shares in Ladophar

The Board resolution dated March 08, 2022, the BOD of PetroVietnam Power Corporation approved to transfer shares in Lam Dong Pharmaceutical JSC (Ladophar) to Louis Holdings (Mr. Nguyen Mai Long – Chairman of BOD of TGG is related person to Louis Holdings – Chief Executive Officer cum member of BOD). Details are as follows:

-          Owning volume: 1,300,000 shares, equivalent to 10.23%

-          Expected selling volume: 1,300,000 shares

-          Total value (at par value): VND13,000,000,000

-          Selling price: as the market price.
