1. Approved the resignation of Mrs. Pham Thi Kim Hoa as Chief Accountant of the Company from March 29, 2022.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Tran Ngoc Tong as as Chief Accountant of the Company from March 29, 2022.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan – member of BOD as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from March 29, 2022.
