The Board resolution dated March 09, 2022, the BOD of Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation approved the establishment of Audit Committee under the Board of Directors with the following members:

1. Mr. Pham Kyle Tuan Anh – Independent member of BOD: Chairman of Audit Committee.
2. Mr. Nguyen Huu Thinh – member of BOD: member of Audit Committee.
