    Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces a record date for Board member nomination as follows:

-   Record date: March 09, 2022

1. Reason & purpose: to exerciser the right to nominate candidates for the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank for Term VII (2022-2026).
2. Content:

-   Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-   Time of implementation: later announcement.

-   Place of implementation: 54A Nguyen Chi Thanh, Lang Thuong ward, Dong Da district, Ha Noi city. 

-   VSD will send shareholder list to the Company as the record date.
