KIDO Group Corporation announces the Board resolution dated February 28, 2022 as follows:

1. Approving the internal audit regulations of KIDO Group Corporation;
2. Establishing an internal audit board directly under the Board of Directors;
3. Assigning Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Lieu, Member of the Board of Directors, to be the Head of the Internal Audit Board.
