IMP: Notice of foreign ownership ratio limit

According to the Official Document No.1353/UBCK-PTTT dated March 21, 2022 by the Vietnam Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), SSC approved that the foreign ownership ratio limit of Imexpharm Corporation (IMP) will be 75%.
