The Board resolution dated March 23, 2022, the BOD of Logistics Vicem Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment of record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2022 as follows:

-          Meeting time: expected on May 12, 2022

-          Meeting venue: Notice later

-          Meeting form: Notice later.
