HAP: BOD resolution dated March 11, 2022

The Board resolution dated March 11, 2022, the Board of Directors of Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the registration to raise its charter capital from VND556,266,210,000 to VND1,110,977,720,000 for the share public offering.
2. Approved the amendment, supplement of the company’s charter with new charter capital.
