-          Profit after tax: 13,575 mil. dongs

-          Dividend: 8.5%

1. Approving business result in 2021.
2. Approving 2021 profit distribution.
3. Approving business plan for 2021.

-          Total revenue: minimum 569,500 mil. dongs

-          Profit before tax: minimum 21,700 mil. dongs

-          Profit after tax: minimum 17,180 mil. dongs

4. Approving 2021 profit distribution, with dividend from 11%/ par value.

5. Approving 2021 finance statements.

6. Approving operating regulations, control reports, remuneration.

7. Approving auditor for 2022 FS.

8. Approving personal supplementing into the BOD.
