1. To contribute capital to establish Dat Phuong Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1:

-          Address: Floor 12A, Handico Building, Me Tri Ha Urban Area, Pham Hung Street, Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Ha Noi.

-          Charter capital: VND30,000,000,000 (DPG contributed VND21,000,000,000)

1. To transfer the business type and raise charter capital of Dat Phuong Sai Gon Company Limited into Dat Phuong Construction Joint Stock Company No. 2

-          Address: Floor 4th, BSI Tower, 193-195-197 Nguyen Thi Nhung Street, Van Phuc Urban Area, Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh.

-          Charter capital: VND30,000,000,000 (DPG contributed VND21,000,000,000).
