DCL: Approved the distribution of unsold shares

The Board resolution dated March 15, 2022, the BOD of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the result of share public offering:

-          Offering volume: 14,208,206 shares

-          Distributed volume: 11,058,206 shares

-          Unsold shares volume: 3,150,000 shares.

2. Approving the plan to distribute the unsold shares to other investors:

-          Selling volume: 3,150,000 shares

-          Selling price: VND25,000/share

-          Payment time: before 17:00, March 16, 2022.

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
