DBD: Board resolution on stock dividend payment The Board of Directors of Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company approved a plan for dividend payment as follows:
− Stock name: Stock of Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company
− Stock type: common stock
− Par value: VND10,000/share
− Total issued volume: 57,612,444 shares
− Outstanding volume: 57,572,359 shares
− Treasury shares: 40,085 shares
− Estimated issue volume: 11,514,471 shares
− Total issue value: VND115,144,710,000.
− Issue ratio: 20%
− Charter capital after the issuance: VND691,269,150,000
− Purpose: to make the interim dividend payment for 2021
− Exercise ratio: 5:1 (Those who own 05 shares will receive 01 new share)
− Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
For example, on the record date, shareholder A owns 128 shares. Shareholder A will receive: 128 x 1/5 = 25.6 shares. After rounded down, the real number of shares shareholder A receives will be 25 shares. The fractional part (0.6) will be cancelled.
