The Board resolution dated March 16, 2022, the BOD of BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the resignation of Mr. Phan Ngoc Anh as Chairman of BOD from March 15, 2022.
2. Approving the appointment of Mr. Truong Sy Ba as member cum Chairman of BOD of the Company from March 15, 2022.
