BAF: Board resolution on investment projects

On March 07, the BoD of BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company approved to invest in two pig farming projects in Ia Pa District, Gia Lai Province. The two projects are expected to start from October 2022 and their total investment will be less than 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
