AAM: Resolution on the AGM in 2021

On March 26, 2022, Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2021 to approve the following contents:

1. The AGM approved the business result in 2021:

-          Total revenue: 143,547,337,629

-          Profit before tax: 227,580,354

-          Profit after tax: 225,510,011.

2. The AGM approved the report from the Supervisory Board in 2021 and plan for 2022.
3. The AGM approved the business plan in 2022:

-          Output: 3,000 tons

-          Sales: 160 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax: 1 billion dongs

-          Estimated dividend payment: 0%.

4. The AGM approved the report on the BOD activities.
5. The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2021 by A&C Auditing and Consulting Company Limited.
6. The AGM approved the selection of A&C Auditing and Consulting Company Limited as the auditor for the financial statements in 2022.
7. The AGM approved the list of elected members of the BOD:

-          Luong Hoang Duy

-          Luong Hoang Manh

-          Luong Hoang Khanh Duy

-          Nguyen Hoang Nhon

-          Nguyen Anh Tuan

-          Le Viet Thang.

8. The AGM approved the list of elected members of Supervisory Board:

-          Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kim Lan

-          Mrs. Tran Thi Be Nam

-          Mrs. To Thi Cuc.
