VHM: Establishing two subsidiaries

The Board resolution dated February 24, 2022, the BOD of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company approved to establish subsidiaries with details as follows:

1.  Vinpearl Landmark 81 Joint Stock Company

-          Address: Floor 20A, Vincom Center Dong Khoi, 72 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, district 1, Ho Chi Minh.

-          Charter capital: VND1,605,485,800,000 (VHM contributed VND1,603,485,800,000, accounting for 99.88% charter capital of Vinpearl Landmark 81 Joint Stock Company.

1. Vincom Retail Landmark 81 Joint Stock Company

-          Address: Floor 20A, Vincom Center Dong Khoi, 72 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, district 1, Ho Chi Minh.

-          Charter capital: VND1,228,153,000,000 (VHM contributed VND1,226,153,000,000, accounting for 99.84% charter capital of Vincom Retail Landmark 81 Joint Stock Company.
