TVB: Adjustment to the issue price in the share offering

The Board of Directors of Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Company decided to adjust the issue price in the share offering to the existing shareholders with an exercise ratio of 1:1.

-          Offering volume: 112,015,461 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Issue price: VND15,000/share

-          Estimated offering value at par value: VND1,120,154,610,000.

The Board of Directors also adjusted the plan for the use of proceeds from the share offering.
