The Modern Touch was conceived in the city of Honolulu, which is known for one of the most beautiful and charming beaches in the United States. On return to Vietnam with the family, Vietnamese-American architect Linh Q. Le has found that many domestic projects have inadequate methods, unlike those in developed countries. Wishing to be close to the family and dedicated to the country’s development had prompted him to stay in Vietnam to start a new journey.
Regardless of the nature of the work and the environment, The Modern Touch strives to devote heart and expertise to design tasks and meet the requirements of the clients.
The Modern Touch Design and Construction Co., Ltd. was born in 2013. ‘Captain’ Linh Q. Le who has more than 25 years of experience in developing diverse large-scale projects including residential and commercial complexes, community projects, education and high-end resorts and spas in the US, UK, Hong Kong, and Vietnam, has led and steered the ship of The Modern Touch to the domestic and international market. The company's buildings are all designed to meet green standards in terms of function, energy regeneration, and environmental friendliness.
