RDP: Rang Dong Holding raises its charter capital

On February 22, 2022, the Board of Directors of Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company decided to register to raise its charter capital from 476,405,860,000 dongs to 490,698,030,000 dongs as of February 21, 2022 (the Company issued 1,429,217 shares under ESOP). The Company’s Charter will be amended with new charter capital.
