PTL: Announcement of the establishment of subsidiaries

On February 08, 2022, the Board of Directors of Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: PTL) approved to contribute capital to set up subsidiaries as follows:

1. Victory Capital Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (*)

-          Head office: 12 Tan Trao, Tan Phu ward, district 7, Ho Chi Minh city

-          Charter capital: VND100 billion

-          Owning ratio by Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company: 99% of the new company.

1. Victory Land Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (*)

-          Head office: 12 Tan Trao, Tan Phu ward, district 7, Ho Chi Minh city

-          Charter capital: VND50 billion

-          Owning ratio by Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company: 99% of the new company.
