On February 24, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an Announcement No.289/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Ex-right date: March 17, 2022

-          Record date: March 18, 2022

-          Reason and purpose: to pay first cash dividend for 2021 and to hold the Annual General Meeting 2022.

 a. To pay first cash dividend for 2021:

-          Exercise ratio: 15%/par value (1,500 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: April 06, 2022

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company.

 b. To hold the Annual General Meeting 2022:

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Meeting time: April 21, 2022
