-        Number of shares before additional listing: 274,744,063 shares

-        Additional volume: 46,704,090 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND467,040,900,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 321,448,153 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND3,214,481,530,000

-        Effective date of the listing license:  February 08, 2022

-        Reason of change: Stock issuance for dividend payment and stock issuance to raise capital.
