The Board resolution dated January 28, 2022, the BOD of Globalmind Capital Securities Corporation approved the following contents:

1. Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai as Head of Supervisory Board of the Company from January 28, 2022.
2. Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Minh Quang as Chairman of BOD of the Company from January 26, 2022.
3. Approving the appointment of Mr. Le Quang Trung as Chairman of BOD cum Legal Representative of the Company from January 28, 2022.
