The Board of Directors of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company approved the plan for holding the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Record date: March 01, 2022

-          Meeting date: March 29, 2022

-          Meeting venue: Floor 11, Head office of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company, 52 Lac Long Quan, Buoi ward, Tay Ho district, Ha Noi city.

-          Meeting content:

+ Reports of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors on business performance in 2021 and plan for 2022;

+ The 2021 audited financial statements and the profit distribution plan;

+ Approving the plan for issuing shares to raise capital in 2022;

+ Authorizing the Board of Directors to choose an audit company in 2022;

+ Other issues under the jurisdiction of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
