EVG: BOD on the distribution of unsold shares

The Board resolution dated February 24, 2022, the Board of Directors of Everland Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the result of share public offering to exisitng shareholders:

-          Registered offering volume: 105,000,000 shares

-          Distributed volume: 60,463,554 shares

-          Unsold shares volume: 44,536,446 shares.

2. Approving the sale of 44,536,446 unsold shares to other investors with the selling price of VND10,000/share.

-          Payment date:  February 24, 2022

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
