On January 27, 2022, Dam Sen Water Park Corporation (DSN) announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2022 to approve the following contents:

1. Approving the report on the BOD and Supervisory Board activities.
2. Approving the business result in 2021:

-          Profit before tax:   28,503,576,279 dongs

-          Profit after tax:      24,328,708,547 dongs.

3. Approving the business plan in 2022:

-          Total revenue:       100 billion dongs

-          Dividend rate:       15%/charter capital.

4. Approving the plan for profit distribution and appropriation to funds in 2021:

-          Total revenue:                   25,204,329,147 dongs

-          Profit before tax:                                                   28,503,576,279 dongs

-          Appropriation to funds:                                           3,649,306,282 dongs

-          Profit after tax:                                                      24,328,708,547 dongs

-          Accumulated capital:                                            30,520,403,874 dongs

-          Remaining profit after appropriation to funds:     20,679,402,265 dongs

-          To pay dividend (15%):                                        18,124,513,500 dongs.

5. Approving the Reward fund to employees, BOD, Supervisory Board and the Executive Board in 2021.
6. Approving the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2022.
