DAT: Adjusting the report on result of stock issuance for dividend payment

On February 16, 2022, Travel Investment and Seafood Development Corporation announces the adjustment to the result of stock issuance for 2019 – 2020 dividend payment as follows:

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

-          Ending date: January 20, 2022 (instead of expected in February 2022).
