1. The Board of Directors of Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company approved the plan for holding the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Record date: March 15, 2022

-          Exercise ratio: 01 common share – 01 voting right

-          Meeting date: will be announced later.

-          Meeting venue: Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company.

2. The Board of Directors approved to sign a contract to purchase electronic flowmeters of N.T.P Trading Co., Ltd. with a contract value of VND50,825,880 (10% VAT included).
