VND: Information on stake transfer

VNDIRECT Securities Corporation has transferred and received the transfer as follows: (i) VNDIRECT Securities Corporation received the transfer of a part of capital contributed by IPA Asset Management Ltd., Co. (IPAAM) at IVND Ltd., Co.; and (ii) VNDIRECT Securities Corporation as the owner of IPAAM allowed IPAAM to transfer its contributed capital at IVND Ltd., Co. so that IPAAM will be no longer the parent company of IVND Ltd., Co.
