TLD: Board resolution on the private placement

On 12/29/2021, the BoD of Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company approved to implement the private placement of shares which was adopted in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 12/23/2021. The Board also approved the list of professional investors and the documents of the private placement.
