The Board resolution dated January 11, 2022, the BOD of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation approved the following contents:

1)      Approved the resignation of Mrs. Bui Thanh Truc as Person in charge of Corporate Governance cum Secretary of the Company.

2)      Approved the appointment of Mrs. Van Thi Hue as Person in charge of Corporate Governance cum Secretary of the Company.
