 On January 18, 2022, Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the following contents:

1)      Approving the adjustment of the total investment of Chau Duc industrial park project to VND8,001,731 million dongs (including VAT).

2)      Approving total investment of Chau Duc urban area project to VND8,116,982,922,047 dongs (including VAT).
