STK: Board resolution on offering shares to existing shareholders On January 21, 2022, the BoD of Century Synthetic Fiber Corporation issued resolutions with main contents as follows:
1) To approve the plan for offering shares to existing shareholders:
- Estimated offering volume: 13,637,058 shares
- Total offering value: VND136,370,580,000
- Exercise ratio: 20%
- Offering price: VND10,000/share
- Purpose: to invest in subsidiaries.
- Issue time: after the State Securities Commission approves the offering.
2) To approve the implementation of offering shares to existing shareholders.
