SFC: Board resolution on petroleum purchase contracts in 2022

According to the Board resolution dated January 12, 2022, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company (SFC) approved petroleum purchase contracts in 2022 as follows:

1)      Signing a petroleum purchase contract with S.T.S Petroleum and Logistics Service Joint Stock Company, the parent company.

2)      For the source of E5 RON 92 bio-gasoline, SFC will sign a E5 RON 92 bio-gasoline purchase contract with Saigon Petro Co., Ltd., a major shareholder.
