SBT: Buying shares of THV

The Board resolution dated December 29, 2021, the BOD of Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company approved the policy to buy shares of Toan Hai Van Joint Stock Company (THV) with details as follows:

-          Company name: Toan Hai Van Joint Stock Company

-          Charter capital: VND1,002,866,670,000, equivalent to 100,286,667 of outstanding shares

-          Expected purchase volume: 18,350,000 shares, equivalent to 18.30% charter capital of THV.

-          Purchase price: agreement

-          Time of implementation: 2021 – 2022

-          Trading method: agreement

-          After the purchase completes, Toan Hai Van Joint Stock Company will become an associated company of Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company.
