-          New record date: January 28, 2022

-          Date to send ballots to shareholders: estimated on February 08, 2022

-          Time to receive feedback: estimated from February 08, 2022 to 17:00, February 18, 2022.

-          Date of counting ballots: estimated on February 21, 2022.

-          Voting contents: to vote for the Company’s investments.
