KSS: Resolution on the EGM in 2022 On January 10, 2022, KS Securities JSC announces the Resolution of the first Extraordinary General Meeting in 2022 to approve the following contents:
1) Approving the plan for stock issuance to raise its charter capital:
- Stock name: KS Securities JSC
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Charter capital before the issuance: VND1,000,373,030,000
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 100,037,303 shares
- Expected mobilized capital: VND1,000,373,030,000
- Expected mobilized capital after the issuance: VND2,000,746,060,000
- Total shares after the issuance (estimated): 200,074,606 shares
- Exercise ratio: 1:1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right will be entitled to purchase 01 new share).
- Transfer restriction: none
- Time of implementation: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
2) Approving the amendment, supplement of the company’s charter.
3) Approving the resignation of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh as Chairman of BOD cum Legal Representative of the Company.
4) Approving the additional election of Mr. Nam Hung and Mrs. Do Thi Dinh as member of BOD for the term 2022 – 2027.
