KMR: Change of personnel

Mirae Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

-          Mr. Park Hee Sung was reappointed as CEO.

-          Mr. Shin Dong Jin, Mr. Kim Chul Soo and Mr. Kim In Sou were reappointed as Deputy CEO.

-          Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Lien was reappointed as Chief Accountant, the person in charge of corporate governance, secretary cum the authorized information disclosure staff.
