HHV: Agreements with related parties

The Board of Directors of Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment JSC approved agreements, transactions between the Company and Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company, the company related to Board members. The value of each agreement, transaction will not exceed 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
