The Board resolution dated January 19, 2022, the BOD of Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company approved the signing of transaction contract in 2022 with subsidiaries, associated companies, including:

1)      30-4 Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company

2)      Dat Phuong Hoi An Joint Stock Company

3)      Song Bung Joint Stock Company

4)      Dat Phuong Sai Gon Limited Company.
