DAG: The adjustment of capital contribution in Dong A Plastic Co., Ltd.

On January 17, the Board of Directors of Dong A Plastic Group Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment of contributed capital in its subsidiary Dong A Plastic Co., Ltd. in order to decrease charter capital. Accordingly, the charter capital of Dong A Plastic Co., Ltd. after decrease will be VND68,000,000,000.
