The Board resolution dated January 19, 2022, the BOD of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the result of public offering to existing shareholders:

-          Registered volume: 148,768,587 shares

-          Distributed volume: 144,741,486 shares

-          Fractional shares volume: 324 shares

-          Unsold shares volume: 4,026,777 shares.

2)      Approving the handle of undistributed shares of 4,027,101 shares to the following investors:

-          Offering price: 12,000 dongs/share

-          Payment date: from January 19, 2022 to January 20, 2022.

-          Time for transfer restriction: 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
