APG: Approved the distribution of undistributed shares

The Board resolution dated January 13, 2022, the BOD of APG Securities Joint Stock Company approved to continue to distribute the unsold shares with details as follows:

1)      Approving the result of share public offering:

-          Total distributed shares: 73,153,306 shares

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Time for subscription and payment: from December 14, 2021 to January 10, 2022

-          Registered and paid volume: 72,361,790 shares

-          Unsold shares volume: 791,516 shares.

2)      Approving the plan for distribution the unsold shares to other investors:

-          Selling volume: 791,516 shares

-          Selling price: VND10,000/share

-          Name of investor bought 791,516 shares: Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nga

-          Payment time: 17:00, January 13, 2022.

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
