VPB: Approved the record date to collect shareholders' opinions in writing

The Board resolution dated December 17, 2021, the BOD of VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank approved the record date to collect shareholders' opinions in writing with details as follows:

-          Record date: January 07, 2022

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Time of implementation: expected in January 2022

-          Location: VPBank Building, 89 Lang Ha, Dong Da, Hanoi.

-          Content: to adjust the foreign ownership ratio at VPB from 15% to 17.5%/charter capital.
