-          Issue ratio: 100% of the outstanding volume

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every right will be entitled to buy 01 new share)

-          Issue time: in 2021 and/or 2022

2)      Approving to issue shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity.

-          Outstanding volume: 434,944,687 shares

-          Estimated issue volume: 347,955,749 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 80% (those who own 100 shares will receive 80 new shares)

-          Issue time: in 2021 and/or 2022

3)      Approving an employee stock ownership plan.

-          Estimated issue volume: 2% of the outstanding volume

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share
