VCG: Increasing the ownership ratio at Vinaconex ITC On November 15, 2021, the BOD of Vietnam Construction and Import - Export Joint Stock Company approved the additional purchase of shares of Vinaconex Investment and Tourism Development Joint Stock Company (Vinaconex ITC) to raise the ownership ratio to 51% in Vinaconex ITC. - Number of Vinaconex ITC shares that VCG is holding: 49,280,000 shares, equivalent to 23.47% of charter capital of Vinaconex ITC.
