TCSC: Board resolution on the listing on HOSE

The BoD of Thanh Cong Securities Company (TCSC) approved to fulfill procedures to list its shares on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE). Therefore, all TCI shares will be transferred from UpCom to list on HOSE. The record date for shareholder list is December 24, 2021 and the listing application is expected to be submitted before December 31, 2021.
