The Board resolution dated December 29, 2021, the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved to transfer all shares of 5,800,000 shares (accounting for 16.11% charter capital of BCG – Bang Duong) from BCG – Bang Duong Energy Joint Stock Company to BCG Gaia Joint Stock Company with the transfer value of VND58,000,000,000.
